Founder

Mr. Omprakash Shahi, Founder and Managing Director of Nidhi Broking Services Pvt Ltd, has been passionate about capital markets since his young age and strongly believes in value investment principles for investment in stock market. He enjoys analyzing balance sheets and epitomizes the principles of Benjamin Graham and Warren Buffet even before it was a fashion in the industry and this passion and zeal can be seen in his execution of transaction for his clients.

Worked in Audit & Accounting of Minerals & Exploration industry & later as Category I Merchant Banker, after graduating in B.Com.
Founded Nidhi Capital in 2000 at the start of his entrepreneurial career & Nidhi Broking Services Pvt Ltd in 2012.
Follows the Value & Fundamental investing principles of Warren Buffet, Benjamin Graham by adding his own years of experience.
Known for Ethics, Fair dealing with clients, resolution of all client issues (DMAT, Lost Shares, Transfer of shares)
Member of the Rotary Club of Thane Central & Past President in 2011-12.
